Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship all the orders on the 2 working days as the order (except for Sunday) placed before 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. For all the other orders, the shipping happens on the next day.
- For the orders to Tricity, please allow 24-72 hours for delivery, and for all the other places, the order may take 2-5 days, depending upon the coverage from our logistics partner.
- The delivery charges are applicable @ INR 100/- for any orders below INR 650/-.
Return Policy
- We know the quality of our products and want you to be convinced. We are also looking for a long-term relationship with you and hence will go the extra mile to make sure that you acknowledge the healthy touch of mother nature.
- If you do not like the quality of any product, please give us a call @ +91-9779280366 and we will be happy to make a replacement or cash-back as per the T&Cs mentioned on the site. For any cash-back, the delivery charges will be deducted.
Cancellations and Refunds
- For canceling your order please call at +91-9779280366 and quote your transaction ID/ order number. We will cancel your order as per the policy and if confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the same, within 2 hours of placing your request.
- Since we are dispatching the Order on the same day as the date of order, it is difficult to cancel the order, once placed. However, you might still cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it.
- If the order is canceled within 2 hours of placing, the full amount will be refunded to your account. This might take few days and would depend upon our payment gateway partner.
- If the order is canceled post-dispatch, the two-way delivery charges will be deducted and the balance refunded to the Buyer.
